We’ve been encouraging the children to make their own snack today.
In our P.E. session today we hopped, ran, jumped and marched around the hall with scarves!
This week we’re talking about the letter ‘t’ and it’s sound!
In the sand we can dig and fill pots, bottles and jugs. In the water we can fish for numbers.
Some of this weeks activities include: making ‘unusual’ dough, story sacks, spiders webs, wheel prints, music session, P.E., musical instrument matching, goop dinosaurs, cutting and sticking and Pixie robot shapes.
We’re really sorry to tell you that our lovely rocking horse was taken from our garden at the weekend. He had been a part of our pre-school for many years and had recently been given a ‘make-over’ by Jane and Brian (Leo and Polly C.’s parents). We are all so very sad and angry that someone could be so heartless as to steal from a charity looking after young children. The police are aware and please let us know if you see a horse like ours advertised anywhere. Let’s hope he can be found soon.
We enjoyed the apple muffins we made today in the garden as the weather was so nice
Chopping apples to make apple muffins
